Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using FeverTap (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

FeverTap is a rhythm-tap mobile puzzle game developed by Rinse Repeat Labs. The App provides entertainment through gameplay involving tapping colorful orbs, combo mechanics, and various game modes.

License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage
  • Use automated systems or bots to interact with the App

In-App Purchases

The App may offer optional in-app purchases:

  • All purchases are processed through Google Play (Android)
  • Purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law
  • Purchased items are licensed, not sold, and remain our property
  • Virtual currency and items have no real-world monetary value

For refund requests, contact Google Play Support directly.

User Conduct

You agree to:

  • Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Not attempt to disrupt or interfere with the App’s operation
  • Not exploit the App in any unauthorized way

Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to graphics, audio, gameplay mechanics, and design, is owned by Rinse Repeat Labs and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

FeverTap and the Rinse Repeat Labs name and logo are trademarks of Rinse Repeat Labs.

Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • That defects will be corrected
  • That the App is free of harmful components

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RINSE REPEAT LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or in-app purchases in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Updates and Changes

We may update the App or these Terms at any time:

  • App updates may be required to continue using the service
  • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms
  • Significant changes will be communicated through App updates

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

Upon termination:

  • Your license to use the App ends immediately
  • You must delete all copies of the App
  • Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rinse Repeat Labs operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
