Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using TimeFlow (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

TimeFlow is a calendar and productivity application that provides:

  • Calendar and event management
  • Task and to-do tracking
  • AI-powered scheduling suggestions
  • Time analytics and productivity insights
  • Cross-device synchronization

Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account:

  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts

Acceptable Use

You agree to use TimeFlow only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use automated systems or bots to access the service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

User Content

You retain ownership of content you create in the App (events, tasks, notes). By using the App, you grant us a license to:

  • Store and process your content to provide the service
  • Create backups for data protection
  • Analyze anonymized patterns to improve our AI features

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you add to the App.

Subscription and Payments

TimeFlow may offer free and premium tiers:

  • Free features are provided at our discretion and may change
  • Premium subscriptions are billed according to your chosen plan
  • Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play
  • Refunds are handled according to the respective store’s policies
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TimeFlow Inc. and Rinse Repeat Labs. This includes:

  • Software and source code
  • User interface design
  • AI algorithms and models
  • Trademarks and branding

Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services:

  • Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Microsoft Outlook
  • Authentication providers

Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or changes.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • That defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe
  • Compatibility with all devices or operating systems

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when possible.

Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • MERCHANTABILITY
  • FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
  • NON-INFRINGEMENT
  • ACCURACY OF AI SUGGESTIONS

Scheduling suggestions are recommendations only. You are responsible for verifying appointments and managing your time.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER TIMEFLOW INC. NOR RINSE REPEAT LABS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Lost profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Missed appointments or scheduling conflicts
  • Third-party service failures

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TimeFlow Inc., Rinse Repeat Labs, and their affiliates from any claims arising from:

  • Your use of the App
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account:

  • For violation of these Terms
  • For fraudulent or illegal activity
  • At our discretion with reasonable notice

Upon termination:

  • Your access to the App will cease
  • You may request export of your data within 30 days
  • Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through:

  • In-app notifications
  • Email to your registered address

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TimeFlow Inc. operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
